COVID-19 has changed the world and our way of life. We are following the recommendations from the World Health Organization and have implemented strict protocols to ensure that both our clients and team members are safe.

For on-site visits

  • The BCS365™ support agent will wear a mask at all times; whether navigating to the work area or while setting up equipment.
  • All work areas and equipment that the support agent is in contact with will be sanitized with disinfectant wipes.

For equipment shipped

  • Before equipment is packed and shipped, it will be sanitized with disinfectant wipes.

All of our employees are empowered to work from home. Office visits occur only when absolutely necessary, typically for hardware configurations and deployments.
